Revenue Sharing Model

Other barrel investment firms buy newly distilled barrels of spirits and then mark them up anywhere from 75% - 200%! This means you are overpaying for your barrel which will make it much harder to exit for a good return.

Leveraging our industry connections & experience we negotiate a revenue sharing agreement with our distillery partners. This allows us to offer the barrels to our investors without having to add a large markup as we get to share in the distilleries profits.

This revenue share model is beneficial for all parties; the distillery is able to sell excess production capacity keeping their operating costs down, SpiritVault gets to secure revenue while offering industry leading pricing, and our investors don’t overpay for their barrel leading to outsized returns.
